The Electric Bike Report review of Pedego

 

Drop by the Mellow Velo Cycle Shop, corner of Southard and Whitehead Streets for a free test ride.

They will explain the function of the kickstand, adding a pannier (saddle bags, see pictured at the top of the home page.)
